Daniel F. Winters, CPC

Dan graduated from Indiana University with a BA in 1974. He entered the contingency recruiting industry in 1976. Between 1976 and 1987, he held several positions with a large Midwestern, multi-office recruiting firm. Those positions involved opening a new office in Cincinnati in 1977 and managing a sixteen desk operation in Indianapolis between 1979 and 1985. His primary specialty is the accounting and finance market. Recently completed searches include: Corporate Controller, Sr. Financial Analyst, MIS Manager, Director/Quality Assurance, Director/Financial Planning, Cost Accounting Manager, Staff Accountant, Sr. Operations Analyst, Packaging Engineer, Plant Accountant, Director/Human Resources, Accounting Manager.

He is a member of the Indiana University Alumni Association, Big Brothers of Cincinnati, the American Fitness and Running Association, American Field Service, Trinity Presbyterian Church of Fairfield, and the Nature Conservancy.
