Chris entered the contingency recruiting business in 1977.She received her BA degree from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1974 with a major in Retailing.  After college, she worked in Public Relations for the Treasure of the State of Ohio. She was awarded her Certified Personnel Consultant in 1979.

Chris specializes in the recruitment of engineering, manufacturing and Human resources personnel for manufacturing, which includes the automotive industry. She has completed successful searches in the following areas: Operations, Materials/Supply Chain Management, Human resources, Manufacturing and Engineering.

She is active in her community schools as well as other volunteer activities within the Cincinnati area.
