Jack entered the contingency search industry in 1979. Jack completed his BSBA from the University of Cincinnati in 1977 with a major in Marketing. For two years after college he was a sales representative with a mojor food corporation in Cincinnati. He went on to complete the Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) testing in 1984.

Jack specializes in the technical and manufacturing marketplace with successful searches completed in: Plant Manager, Operations Manager, VP Manufacturing, Materials Manager, Quality Director, Human Resources Manager, VP Marketing and Technical Sales Manager.
