Carol graduated from the University of Dayton in 1989 with honors. She spent four years in public accounting including two years with Deloitte and Touche. She received her CPA certificate in 1991. She entered the search industry in 1993 and began specializing in IT and midrange systems. Carol came to Corporate Resources in 1995 and became an owner in 2000.

She specializes primarily in Information Technology recruiting, both permanent and contract positions. Permanent searches successfully completed include: Directors, managers, project leaders, business analysts, systems analysts, network engineers, network managers, programmers, consultants, systems administrators, software engineers and more. Carol has also placed independent contractors in various programming, project lead and systems analysts positions.

Carol's goal is to bring superior talent to her clients companies and assist her candidates in reaching their career goals. She promises to respond with candor, integrity, honesty and professionalism.
